Scheduling
After you complete your booking, Piano Players will reach out to you to create your schedule of sessions.

Attendance
-
Appointments missed without any advance notice, or “no shows”, will not be rescheduled, and no refunds or credits will be given.
-
Students may reschedule missed appointments based on class availability. Space may be limited in certain classes at certain times.
-
In the event that an individual teacher needs to cancel a session, Piano Players will work together with student/guardian to reschedule the missed appointment. Depending on the reason for the missed appointment (i.e. extended teacher illness), the student may have a substitute teacher make up the lesson.
-
Missed lessons (with notice provided) may be "banked" for future use, and all reschedules must be completed by July 31 of each year.
